No news is good news?

That’s what I’m going with here.
The previously mentioned fire is now fully contained and under control. Smoke levels are almost zero, so that’s made my head much happier.
Wednesday was my first at home Methorexate injection. It went smoothly, with me talking through it step by step to show Mom and Kiddo how it’s done just in case they have to do it for me at some point. Easy peasy lemon squeezey. I was nauseous for the next 24 hours after, then poof, no more. I have no idea if it’s having any effect yet, it may take a month or so.
More non bead/jewelry news. Hubby was laid off a couple of weeks ago. It’s normal in his industry, and we were wondering how he’d manage to be at that company for so long. Not to worry, they provided a nice severance package, and the following week he had an interview and received a job offer the same day. He’s accepting the offer, but won’t be starting ’till the end of June, so he can have some time off. Layoffs seem to be the only time he gets any real time off.
After the creative spurt of a couple of months ago I’ve been in a bit of a lull lately. I guess that’s the way it goes as a creative person? I just take advantage of the time by doing a lot of supply browsing and playing with some of my other artistic pursuits. I’m hoping to do some painting this weekend…of course, that will probably change after I wake up tomorrow!
How’s Spring treating my fine readers?

Hey Hey Hey,
It’s little ole mumsie and I’m busy busy growing my spring flowers. Our deck is filled with the most gorgeous growth of spring flowers that I have ever had in my life. This Ca. weather is amazing for my beautiful plants. Our deck is filled with flowers and plants that I may have to put a chair in the dinning room and sit there to look at my garden because of so many, but Joy and I both love it. So do our cats, they think they’re in a jungle and they’re jungle cats on the prowl for game. Everyone have a beautiful spring, love peace and happy happy joy joy, mum
